Our tribe knows the importance of moving with intention. Our personalized and group training is for those who are looking for a more natural way to train. Many have past injuries or recurring injuries and haven’t found success in a program that fits their needs. Finally, we are here for those who have goals to find positivity in life, an open mind in training, and are looking for the long term success of fitness.

What is Primal Path?

Primal Path is a fitness facility that offers personal training, massage therapy, nutrition accountability and group classes. Our mission is to bring back natural movement habits to our daily life beyond the standard gym weights, barbell and group class structure.

WHAT DOES A PRIMAL GROUP CLASS LOOK LIKE?

Our classes start with our signature REVIVE sequences. Our movements mimic animal locomotion that allow the body to twist and turn as intended. Our MOVE workouts are cardio and strength based.  You will sweat, boost your immune system and find self-confidence to carry you through your day. We finish class with our REBUILD series. We focus on low weight and high rep exercises to tone your body and build the mind-muscle connection.

Do I need to be in shape or currently working out to start?

No. One of our coaches will speak with you in your initial No Sweat Intro about your background, goals, and needs. Then we provide a couple options to help you find your Primal Path. You can do that right here!

I have an injury/pain/issue can I still do the workout?

What do I need for class?

We encourage our tribe to stay hydrated! Bringing a personal water supply and towel are great to bring to class!

How do I learn more and see your facility?

CLICK HERE, pick a time that fits your schedule for a No Sweat Intro with one of our coaches. We sit down with you for 15 minutes, learn your background, needs, and goals, and then provide different paths to help get you there.

What COVID precautions do you follow?

We believe in the freedom of choice. We will never require or ask for your vaccination status. We respect everyone’s beliefs and encourage everyone to improve their health through movement.

How do your memberships work?

At your No Sweat Intro we will go over membership options with you. Our memberships are month to month and no contract. Cancel anytime before your billing date.

How do I try a class?

Sign up for a No Sweat Intro with one of our coaches here and we will get you in a class.

What are your coaches certifications?

We have a wide variety of certifications from Bachelor’s Degrees in Exercise Science, Massage Therapy, USA Weightlifting, NeuroKinetic Therapy, Precision Nutrition and more.
